- 50% advance payment before project commencement.
- Remaining 50% payable before final deployment/handover.
- Work begins after advance payment is received.
- Domain, hosting, APIs, plugins, subscriptions and other third-party costs are separate unless included in the proposal.
- Project follows the agreed scope and deliverables.
- New features or requirements may be quoted separately.
- Major design/functionality changes may affect cost and timeline.
- Agreed revision rounds are included in the selected package.
- Revisions must remain within the original scope.
- Additional revisions or major redesigns may incur additional charges.
- Timeline is based on the agreed project scope.
- Delays in receiving content, assets, credentials, feedback or approvals may extend the timeline.
- Vistaar will communicate significant project delays.
- Client must provide accurate business information, content, images/media, logos/brand assets, required account access, and timely feedback/approvals.
- Client must have legal rights to supplied content and assets.
- Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are transferred according to the agreed scope.
- Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, APIs and licensed resources remain subject to their respective licenses.
- Domain, hosting, databases, email services, APIs, AI services, plugins and other subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included.
- Third-party pricing may change.
- Vistaar is not responsible for provider pricing, outages or policy changes.
- Post-launch support is limited to the period specified in the proposal.
- Ongoing maintenance, updates, new features and technical support can be provided through a separate maintenance plan.
- Advance payment is generally non-refundable once development has started.
- Extended project pauses caused by lack of client response may require rescheduling.
- Completed work and approved deliverables remain payable.
- By approving the project proposal and making the advance payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these project terms.
